Application process

Students whose ‘home’ institution has an existing agreement with IBA under the Erasmus programme/Life Long Learning should apply through their international office or student adviser. They will then automatically be accepted if they are recommended by their home institution.

Students whose ‘home’ institution does not have an existing agreement with IBA may also apply on an individual basis, but they will need to provide evidence of their academic qualifications.

After your institution has sent your nomination to IBA, you will receive an information package.

Entry requirements to Denmark

If you are an EU Citizen there are no entry requirements prior to your arrival, but if you stay for more than 3 months, you must apply for a registration certificate. As part of the introduction programme, you will learn more about this.

If you are a non-EU Citizen, you will most likely require a visa. For more information about this, please contact the IBA International office, iba@iba.dk.
