International Experience

International opportunities: Study trip – International week – Company internship -  Study exchange - Contact with the business world 
 
The course offers many opportunities to travel abroad.
 
Study trip
You can take a study trip to the major financial cities of London, New York/Washington, Dublin, Berlin or other sites in the second semester of the degree. The length of the study trip is approximately 1 week.
 
International week
You will get the opportunity to take part in an international week which is held at different educational institutions across Europe. During the international week, you compete with students from other countries and educational institutions. As well as acquiring academic knowledge, the purpose is to get to know students from other countries and expand your network.
 
Company internship
In the fourth semester, you can choose to take your internship period in a company abroad (up to 3 months).
 
Study exchange
If you wish, there is also the opportunity to spend the third semester at an educational institution abroad.
 
Contact with the business world (during the course)
In addition to the company internship, you remain in close contact with the practical everyday life of business, specifically in the form of guest speakers from the financial sector, lectures and projects in co-operation with companies, company visits, etc.
 
IBA has close links with the financial sector in Denmark, and our network also extends to multinational companies and companies abroad, e.g. in London and New York.
